William F. Quinn – Shareholder / Director

William F. (“Bill”) Quinn is a founding shareholder in the firm, specializing in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate for over 25 years.

Bill is an expert at handling the purchase and sale of homes, condominiums and luxury residences in the North Shore communities, and particularly Marblehead, where Bill lives with his family, as well as zoning and permitting matters before local municipal boards, and real estate litigation over contract disputes, land titles and development issues in the Massachusetts Land Court.
