Tinti Appointed to Board of MGCC
In December, Governor Deval Patrick announced the appointment of Bill Tinti, President of Tinti, Quinn, Grover & Frey, P.C., to the Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation’s Board of Directors. The MGCC was recently formed by act of the legislature consolidating other existing quasi public business organizations. The mission of the MGCC is to create and preserve jobs at small businesses, women and minority owned businesses, and to promote economic development in underserved, gateway municipalities and low and moderate income communities and has received Federal and State funding to accomplish its mission. MGCC will be Massachusetts’ single point of entry for technical and financial assistance to small businesses, as the Governor remarked, “I have called upon Bill’s leadership as we grow our economy and put more and more people back to work each month”.
